1. Lisans

2. Sanal ürünler

4. Patron Kartı aboneliği
Patron Kartı aylık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat satın almadan önce mağazada gösterilir.
Ücret, onayladığında Apple ID ya da Google Play hesabından alınır. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik aynı fiyatla otomatik yenilenir.
Aboneliği hesap ayarlarından (App Store / Google Play → Abonelikler) istediğin zaman yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.

5. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Ödüllü reklamları izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır.
6. Adil kullanım
Oyunu hile, değiştirilmiş sürüm ya da otomatik araçlarla oynamamayı, kodunu çözmeye ya da kopyalamaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Axium Dynamics'in sorumluluğu, son 12 ayda oyun için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.
8. Oyundaki kurgu

These terms govern your use of Usta Bi Sarı! (iOS and Android), developed by Axium Dynamics. By downloading or playing the game you accept them. On iOS, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the game on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. The game's code, art, sounds and characters belong to Axium Dynamics.
2. Virtual items
In-game money, Yellows, materials, workers and other virtual items have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used outside the game. Consumable packs (e.g. Yellow Crate, Starter Pack, Strike Breaker) are considered used once delivered.
3. Purchases and refunds
All payments go through Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play. Permanent items (e.g. Remove Ads) can be recovered with "Restore purchases".
4. Boss Card subscription
The Boss Card is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it anytime in your account settings (App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
While subscribed: no forced ads, 20 Yellows every day and a 10% faster site. When the subscription ends these perks stop; Yellows you already received and your progress stay with you.
5. Ads
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Watching rewarded ads is always optional.
6. Fair play
You agree not to play with cheats, modified builds or automation tools, and not to reverse-engineer or copy the game.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Axium Dynamics' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Fiction
"Yellow" is a make-believe drink. The game is not a real construction guide; follow safety rules on real sites.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the game means you accept the new terms.

4. Abo „Chefkarte“
Die Chefkarte ist ein monatliches, sich automatisch verlängerndes Abo. Der Preis wird vor dem Kauf im Store angezeigt.
Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung deinem Apple-ID- bzw. Google-Play-Konto belastet. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch zum gleichen Preis, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird.
Du kannst es jederzeit in den Kontoeinstellungen (App Store / Google Play → Abos) verwalten oder kündigen; die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Zeitraums wirksam.

6. Fair Play
Du verpflichtest dich, nicht mit Cheats, veränderten Versionen oder Automatisierungstools zu spielen und das Spiel nicht zu dekompilieren oder zu kopieren.
7. Haftungsausschluss
Das Spiel wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren keinen unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreien Betrieb. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ist die Haftung von Axium Dynamics auf den Betrag begrenzt, den du in den letzten 12 Monaten für das Spiel bezahlt hast. 8. Fiktion

গেমটি "যেমন আছে" অবস্থায় দেওয়া হয়। আমরা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত চলার নিশ্চয়তা দিই না। আইনের অনুমোদিত সীমায় Axium Dynamics-এর দায় গত ১২ মাসে গেমের জন্য আপনার দেওয়া অর্থের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ। ভোক্তা হিসেবে আপনার আইনি অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকে।
আমরা এই শর্তাবলি বদলাতে পারি। বড় পরিবর্তনে নতুন সংস্করণ নতুন তারিখসহ এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে। গেম ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে নতুন শর্ত মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে ধরা হবে।
